1. Go to the page of your product.
2. Choose your desired quantity of your product.
3. Click the 'ADD TO CART' button to proceed to checkout.
4. Finally select the billing method, provide shipping information & an e-mail address to receive your order confirmation.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order.
In this mail, you will be provided with a summary of your order aswell as an unique Order Number.
First check so that your order confirmation mail is not in your junk/spam folder, if not then please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible!
Cancel your order by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting cancellation.
However, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed & shipped out by our warehouse.
Notify us as soon as possible if you would like us to change your order. Unfortunately if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, any changes to your order is no longer possible.
Please make sure you send us an e-mail as soon as possible at email@example.com for any changes you would like to make.
You will recieve an e-mail with your unique tracking number as soon as your product is processed & shipped out.
This usually takes 2-3 business days.
You can track your order by pressing the "Track your Order" tab in the top section of our website. Here you simply put in your unique Tracking Number you recieved in your e-mail.

We are using USPS to make sure you get the fastest delivery time possible.
We believe a safe & transparent purchase is the way to go, that's why we use USPS Tracked Shipping.
Depending on where you live the shipping times are between 4 - 12 days.
We are constantly working on improving our shipping times but due to current circumstances with COVID-19 our delivery times are a little bit slower than usual.
